Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern use of our website and classes.
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Al Ibraheem Online Academy website and the online classes, student portal, and teacher portal we provide (together, the “Service”). By booking a trial class, enrolling, applying to teach, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. About the Service
We provide live, one-to-one online Quran and Islamic studies classes for students of all ages, taught by our teachers over a video call. Enrollment begins with a free trial class booked through our website; our team then matches the student with a suitable teacher and recurring schedule.
3. Accounts
Student and teacher accounts are created by our academy staff, not through public self-registration, and a temporary password is issued by email. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please change your temporary password after your first sign-in and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Trial Classes
Free trial classes are offered once per student, subject to teacher availability and scheduling. A trial class does not obligate you to enroll, and does not obligate us to guarantee a specific teacher, time slot, or continued availability beyond the trial.
5. Fees and Payment
We do not process card payments through this website. Fees for enrolled classes are invoiced directly by our staff, and payment terms (amount, currency, and due date) are confirmed with you at enrollment and shown on each invoice in your student portal. Continued access to scheduled classes is conditional on fees being kept up to date; we'll always reach out before any class access is affected.
6. Cancellations, Leave & Makeup Classes
If a student can't attend a scheduled class, a leave (“off-request”) can be submitted through the student portal ahead of time. Approved leave requests are credited as a makeup class to be rescheduled with the teacher. Specific cancellation and refund arrangements for paid enrollments are agreed with you directly by our team at the time of enrollment.
7. Code of Conduct
During classes and while using the Service, students, parents, and teachers agree to:
- Treat teachers, students, and staff with courtesy and respect
- Join classes in appropriate attire and a suitable learning environment
- Not record, screenshot, or share class sessions without the other party's consent
- Not use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purpose
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaches this code of conduct.
8. Homework Submissions
Audio homework you or your child submits through the portal remains yours. We store it securely and use it only so your teacher can review it and provide feedback, and so progress can be tracked over time.
9. Third-Party Class Platforms
Live classes take place over Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, using a link your teacher shares with you. These are independent third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability and performance are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages or issues originating from these platforms, though we'll always help arrange a reschedule if a class is disrupted this way.
10. Intellectual Property
The Al Ibraheem Online Academy website, course materials, and branding are our property or used under license, and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Homework you submit remains your own; by submitting it, you allow us to store and use it internally for instruction, feedback, and progress tracking as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
We work to provide a reliable, high-quality teaching service, but the Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Ibraheem Online Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including disruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet connectivity, or events outside our reasonable control.
12. Termination
You may ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service. Where possible, we'll give notice and a chance to resolve the issue first.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
