Punctuality: Teachers must join every class on time and be prepared before the scheduled class time.

Missed Classes: If a teacher misses a class for any reason, the teacher must provide a makeup class at a mutually convenient time.

Advance Notice: Teachers should inform the Academy as early as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled class.

Regular Attendance: Teachers are expected to maintain regular attendance and avoid unnecessary cancellations.

Professional Conduct: Teachers must communicate with students and parents respectfully and professionally at all times.

Class Environment: Teachers should maintain a peaceful, respectful, and focused learning environment during every class.

Daily Progress & Attendance: Teachers must update the student's daily progress after each class and ensure that the student's attendance is marked accurately.

Class Preparation: Teachers should come prepared with the appropriate lesson and teaching material for each class.

Communication: Any concerns regarding a student's attendance, behavior, progress, or learning should be communicated to the Academy promptly.

Schedule Changes: Any permanent or temporary change in the class schedule should be discussed with and approved by the Academy.

Student Privacy: Teachers must respect the privacy of students and families and must not share their personal information without permission.

Makeup Classes: Makeup classes should be arranged according to the Academy's policy and should not interfere with the teacher's other scheduled classes.

Punctuality: Students should join their classes on time and be ready before the scheduled class begins.

Missed Classes: If a student misses a scheduled class, the teacher will not be required to provide a makeup class.

Advance Notice: Parents should inform the Academy or teacher in advance if the student will be absent.

Teacher Cancellation: If a class is missed due to the teacher, a makeup class will be provided.

Regular Attendance: Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly to maintain consistent learning and progress.

Learning Environment: Students should attend classes from a quiet and suitable place with minimal distractions.

Internet & Device: Parents are responsible for ensuring that the student's device and internet connection are working properly before class.

Respectful Behavior: Students are expected to behave respectfully with their teachers and follow classroom instructions.

Fee Payment: Monthly fees must be paid according to the Academy's stated fee schedule and due date.

Late Payments: Parents may receive a reminder if the monthly fee is not paid by the due date. Continued non-payment may result in classes being paused.

Schedule Changes: Any request to change the student's regular class timing should be discussed with the Academy in advance.

Communication: Parents are encouraged to communicate any concerns regarding the student's classes, teacher, schedule, or progress with the Academy.

Trial Classes: Trial/demo classes are subject to the Academy's scheduling and availability.

Withdrawal: Parents should inform the Academy in advance if they wish to discontinue the student's classes.
